Brett Experiment Recipe (for 8/2017 Guild meeting):

9.5 lb Belgian Pilsner Malt
0.75 lb Caramunich Malt
1 lb Flaked Wheat
0.5 Flaked Oats
0.25 lbs Biscuit Malt
1.5 oz East Kent Goldings @ 60
0.5 oz East Kent Golings @ 0

For extract, replace the 9.5 lbs pilsner malt with 7 pounds pilsner LME

-Mash @ 154 F
-90 minute boil for pils malt
OG: 1.053 IBU: 24 ABV: 5.0%
-Pitch selected Brett strain/blend at room temp
